Ferricks Limited will enter an orderly wind-down and formally conclude operations in January 2027.
This follows a period of review regarding the structure and future direction of Ferricks. The current entity has fulfilled its role, and it is now appropriate to bring this phase to a close.
When Ferricks was established in 2025, it was intended to act as a group for ideas, projects, and investments. Over time, it became clear that not all concepts benefit from being contained within a single corporate structure.
As a result, Ferricks will transition away from operating as a conventional company.
The Ferricks name remains active as a registered trademark. Associated domains, including ferricks.com and ferricksgroup.com, will remain under ownership and held for future application.
Going forward, Ferricks will exist in a different form as a platform for ideas, concepts, and potential ventures, without the constraints of a formal operating structure.
No further operational activity will take place under Ferricks Limited.
